Warehouse Exchange
Have you sold your warehouse or have you got a new tenant and require the warehouse clearing and cleaning prior to exchange? We offer a team of porters and vans to remove & recycle all the unwanted junk making way for the new owner or tenant. We understand that some large and heavy items of machinery require heavy lifting for which we organise a subcontractor with sufficient machinery to move heavier items.If a method statement and risk assessment are required to be completed prior to the work commencing, we can create a plan once we complete a site survey.
Recycling warehouse junk
Where we can, we will try to find a re-use for any solid and usable furniture items such as wardrobes, drawers, cupboards, art work, mirrors, desks, etc. All metals, cables, cardboard, paper and other commodities that can be recycled, will be processed according to our recycling procedure. Charities are always looking for good quality and reusable items, we can donate and deliver any usable furniture to them.
We are licensed, registered and insured to carry out clearances
We hold a current waste carriers license – Morris Chesterfield LTD – CBDU 252 447 is our current waste carrier license number. This license is a legal requirement for carrying any customer’s waste. Whether you are a builder, plumber, gardener or any other trade and you carry waste from a site, you must hold a waste carriers license. We also have public and employees liability insurance.
Single items collection and recycling
We can remove and recycle a single item, however this can work out quite costly as a waste transfer station does have a minimum disposal fee and along with our labour, can work out much more expensive than your local council collection service.
How long does it take to clear a warehouse?
We can clear a standard warehouse within a few hours. This may take up to a day or sometimes longer depending on the scale of the work required.
Do we need to visit the warehouse to supply a quote?
We can discuss your property and requirements over the telephone or email, but if your project is on the large side then it would be advisable to book a survey and we can give you a more accurate warehouse clearance quote.
